need a KILLER header banner for my new authority site

for my new auhority site I will need an outstanding quality header made (for thesis theme).

Please only reply if you can provide quality on a professional standard that even would suit business demands, please show me some references, links to graphics/banners you have made from scratch.

- I need the option to have a few revisions to fine tune the header after my needs
- I need some samples from work you have recently done, best would be header samples
- please tell me your price and how long it will take you
- In the banner there should be a comic figur illustrated like in this example the spy (http://www.mygolfspy.com/)
