Need a Javascript help

Hi, I am in need of a script that can accomplish the following:

If a visitor is logged into Facebook, it will load Facebook.html
If a visitor is logged into Google, it will load Google.html
I would like to be able to decide which page loads if they are logged into both as needed.
I would also like to place a facebook/google cookie, so that the corresponding page only loads once.
If cookie is present, then I do not want the page to load at all.
If the visitor is not logged into either, again I don't want the page to load at all.

Basically, Facebook visitors get sent in one direction, Google another...and if they've been to the site before....the page won't load for them at all.

If you can create this masterpiece for me, please let me know...and how much it will run me.
