As cheap as a hosting can get. I haven't got a hosting with them but i have 2 VPS' at cinfu and the service is also as good as a service could possibly get. and it is $17/year so....

I have tried Bluehost and hostthename and they both work exceptionally well. Top class support too.
Just try them out and you wont be disappointed.
