Need a help: recovering from Google Penguin penalty

Hi all. Hope that I chose the right place to ask about Google Penguin. Well, now I have the next situation: my website is under Google Penguin penalty and it running in the adult niche. As I see, first of all I should delete all of toxic backlinks (done) and replace it with quality niche backlinks (with high DA/PA, TF/CF etc.). Some of quality backlinks I bought at this forum and some of them I made on my own about month ago. But today I've checked Semrush and see that my trust score dropped down (was 11 point and now it has 8 point). Thus, I have some questions:
1. Did I do something in a wrong way?
2. Where I can find high-quality backlinks for the adult website? Should I buy them for the Semrush trust score?
3. Have you any recommendations for me? (yes, I'm newbie and don't know a lot of info).

You have done nothing wrong . When you remove your toxic links and build new links then you have to fix all issues in webmaster by clicking issue resolved then google again analyze your website then you get back your rank on website then you can start working on it.
