need a hardcore merchant account

okay. I need a hardcore merchant account provider which is okay with the following...

~accepts anybody who applies and doesn't give a crap what my business is or how risky it is. basically anything like pharmacy, casino, porn, etc..
~accepts people on the Terminated Merchant File. yes, I'm on it.
~is located outside the USA

anybody know of any good reliable ones? and I don't mean third party crap like paypal. I need a real merchant account.

im trying to find something like this but i need to do additional research i think

gspay.com, there are like millions of chinese selling counterfeits and using it.

They do not accept high risks anymore.

What is your current monthly sales?
Or what is your projected sales..

- Over $75K per month
- price of each transaction
- type of products sold
- monthly continuity or one-time sale
- location of owner
- location of company
- drop ship
- charge back rate
- return rate
- financial & bank documents

merchant worthy based in Florida will work with you, although their rate is high, around 8.5

We can offer way loser rates then 8.5% for high risk.

do you have a rolling reserve? and that would be an addition to your fee of 2 or 3.5%, right? so at the end of the day if the client has a rolling reserve they still pay that.. even if they get it back blah blah balh.. you still must pay the reserve.
