If you can't bother Googling for free and publicly available information that 's all over the web, no one will. Have in mind that this is not the quality of posts we would like to see on the forum.

You should port this java library to PHP and be cool

But honestly, mentioned web properties use a bit different version or added functionality on oAuth, so they are not trivial to put on same library. Scribe will give very good starting point in my opinion. I have actually used it on some projects.
