Need a good vps for facebook scripts

I create a lot of facebook external scripts, right now I use free hosting solutions like zymics (bulk accounts, url rotators etc), but it's getting hard so I'm looking for a good vps provider who can handle 3- 4k people online at the moment (not constantly lol) and who has no problems with facebook scripts.

I got xsserver.eu vps with windows 2008 for scrapebox/tubenoia and other tools, but I don't know how good it is for hosting sites?
