Need a good proxy program.

I think with all the huge*ss money making ideas on here I need some proxies ASAP. What are some good programs, and is there one I can get for free? And do they really work?

I need to make some bucks quick, but I'm not looking to get in trouble.

I use FindNot, cause I don't trust free ones. It is like $50/month but there are so many lines there is always open ones, and the speed is ok.
