Need a Good PHP coder and designer for coupon website

I want to make a coupon code site just like this one - cuponation .in Im looking for a good php coder who can code this. I already have some php coupon scripts available online but they dont do the job well.

Also im looking for a designer who can do a very good of designing.

I request you to PM me ONLY if you can do the job. Im not a noob and i know what i want. This is not a wordpress website and i dont want you you install clipper or couponpress for me.
