Need a good non incentive CPA Network that pays Paypal

I have been recently banned from MaxBounty for an idiocy.

For taxes purposes, I changed the account name and paypal to my wife's and they took this as account selling.

[Really was not aware and I had no intention to do any dirty thing with them]


I am looking for an alternative with decent non-incentive offers, paying PayPal.

Phone verification is not a problem.

Affillion or AdvertMarketing, both decent and pays to PP without problems.

Most CPA networks are OK with PayPal payments as long as you drive volume.

But yea, Affillion are very nice indeed. Been promoting offers through them for over a year.
