I need a good mailing list manager to manage my "opt-in" lists. I am considering interspire, but as the installation process seems fairly complex (I am no programmer) I am also looking for suggestions on other online list managers.

I used PhpList ages ago with my websites and it was simple to install and fairly easy to use but the features were quite limited. I havent used one for a while, so just wondering, what might be the best option currently?

Thanks guys, but I am looking for something that is either open source (read: Free) or at the most a one time payment. Hate paying monthly subscriptions :)

If you're looking to not send much promotional product emails to your list, then use MailChimp - no monthly fee for up to an xx amount of subscribers. From my understanding, you're not allowed to do monetary promotions on mailchimp.

If you're looking for a software, it's definitely interspire.
