Need a good (fast) host - any suggestions ?

In the end I went for a VPS (running on a dedicated server that I rent), and for my most important site (the one I started the thread about) I have cloudflare running as well. It does load pretty fast

If your sites are wordpress then go for servinio, they have the best config there is.
