Not sure if this is the correct section. Either way, for WordPress, I like Pinoy Pop Up and Conversion Optimization by 40Nuggets.

Try "Ninja Popup"... It's cheap and works well...

Ninja popup is cheap but you can't use it on multiple sites right? Coz I want to install in 8 sites. Can Someone using ninja popup clear this doubt?

I installed popup by supsystic on my wordpress today. I'm happy with the customization and it's free.
