Need a Good Designer for PDF Presentation

I have this presentation.

I need to recycle it for another brand - change logo, colors, some of the text and a few of the images, and also add some slides to it.

I don't have the PPT file nor the images in it.

I see 02 ways of doing this:

1- Recycling it.

2- Building a new one from scratch, using this one as inspiration.

I need a freelancer who can do this.

Paying up to 200$ for it, in Bitcoin.
