The normal price is around $30 which is a little costy for me. I've searched around in NP and DP but got no luck,

Why not a use a different registrar like name.c0m - $8.99 for a .com with free privacy.

name.com's privacy is not so reliable, and godaddy also supplies free privacy protection, but i seldom use it for protection.

I am using Name.com for my domains and their privacy works very fine and it is free. If you still like Godaddy, you can get domain privacy free there if you order 5 or more domains. For more details, check the URL below

Godaddy's "free" privacy is only free for the first year. After that you pay.
