So guys im currently looking for a reliable Freelancer who would provide the things above.You guys know any cheap reliable Guy thats providing such service?I need someone to setup a whole site + basic seo to hit the first page on google for the local doctors in a small german city ( i'd translate all the stuff into german tho) so hook me up a pm or write in this thread ;)

Define "cheap". What is your budget for this project? You can get high quality, or you can get cheap.
 
How long is a piece of string ?

You need to give an idea of your budget, as prices will range from $30 to $3k.

Tbh its my friends Mother thats a local Doc around here and we didnt discuss about any price yet.So what are youre prices tbh ?

I'd say around 150-400€ but i gotta ask him / her.

If you think you can get a full website with a local SEO focus, as well as page one status, for that price, you are out of your mind. Especially for such competitive local niches as doctors. You may want to circle back with the doctor and see if he understands what a page one listing actually means in terms of increased business opportunities.

My prices start at $1,000 per month, for a minimum of six months.

Like Sherbert said, you will not be getting a good service for your current budget.

Local SEO itself is over $400 itself, unless you are looking for terrible links that will kill your site 2 months later. Web design prices varies a lot based on your needs.

You should seriously reconsider your budget, especially because each lead equates to hundreds or even thousands (as a doctor), so it will be a worthwhile investment.
