need a freelancer

i have a new website and i got approved by cpa. need a person who can turn my website into some profit. dont have money to pay but i will split profit 30/70.
30 for me and 70 for the person who does the work. i have unlimited hosting package. i have just joined this site. feels great out here. anyone available to help me?
