Need a Freelancer to Clone a Website

I need a freelancer to take a website (url avalialble via PM) and copy the exact design except change some text on the site and some names. Also I will provide a logo which can should replace the current logos on the site. The site does have flash elements beware!

Generous compensation.

Hmmm....You're hired for this project? If so, then he hired both of us. I was hired and paid for this job. If anybody needs a cloned site, PM me. I think the other guy is not telling the truth.
 
Just to clarify justthinking has been hired for this project. speedy sorry man you sent me an invoice which was in French which kinda scared me.
 
If you got some more projects regarding web designing, website cloning or everything about web (even SEO) Just contact me =)

I just received delivery of the project I just want to say that justthinking provided and excellent service and delivered the project ahead of schedule.
