Need a free lightworks/quickbooks alternative

Need a program for my small business. I need a way to track orders/invoices and their progress on different projects, clients, products etc. .

Inventory and receiving. Ya know all that in one.

Any one have experience with this? Will save me a ton of time in trial and error .

Lightspeed not lightworks!

So far boxstorm seems really great but the free version has only 1 user available. Anyone know of one with multiple user access for free?
