Need a fix on 2 wordpress sites. Very small fix (same for both)

I have 2 wordpress themes (TheStlye theme and evid theme), on the homepage, they do not display the entire Post name. Both of them either show "..." or "_" I would like to change this to show the entire post title.

I am also looking for someone who can write a plugin (details will be shared via skype, so please PM me your skype name to discuss both projects please.). Also, please have experience and be willing to show me.

Just go to Settings > Reading and change it from Excerpt to Full Summary

I think that would help only to show whole post, not post name.
