Need a Few Email Accounts $5 Per box

I'm looking for Members that can create an email account for me with the following domain endings.
Charter
Cox
Century
SBCGlobal
talktalk (UK)
BTinternet (UK)
Verizon
Comcast
Earthlink
iCLoud

I need someone that can make me one <username>@verizon.com ,
where I will supply the username. You have a verizon phone, awesome,
then make me an account and collect $5 (should take you like 10 minutes at most).
A lot of these places you need to be a subscriber to the service in order to get a mailbox.
Many times, people don't request the mailbox they are entitled to and use their normal email address.
These accounts will just be used for testing email marketing campaigns against to test inbox placement.
Once I change the password, I will send payment via PayPal.
