Need a fast Instagram Hashtag to Username Scraper

I used to use IMRISTO which was was fairly good but it seems the developer is AWOL so I can't renew the license.

Is there something similar that works just as well. I need the scraper to take a list of hashtags and grab the usernames and save to a file. It was also scrapped multiple tags at once. IMRISTO used to get around 100,000 usernames every 24hours. Is there another scraper that can do this?

Free / Paid doesn't matter - I really just need the scraper. Multithreaded/Multiproxy would be preferable.
