need a fairly simple program coded serious people only

ok lets say for arguments sake that I have 500 gmail account logins.
All real people with tons of emails in their account.

I want a piece of software which can do the following:
1) I can input a list, or txt file of the logins details.
2) Software will log in, and scrape all emails in "all mail"
3) Software will back that info up to my computer
4) Software will send an email to 500 of those contacts, from within the original gmail account, individually (the maximum)
5) Must contain support for sending attachments.
6) Finish sending email, and move on to the next account in the list, and repeat.
7) Proxy support would be ideal, but not needed, as I can procify the software anyways.

So you see, how this can be a good marketing tool. A person recieves an email from their friend/business contact. Of course they will read it, and read it carefully.

anybody have this software for sale, or willing to create it?
