I'm opening up an office to hire SEO workers, and need to hire local employees in my city in Indonesia. Classified ads aren't working, so the plan is to contact all locals who are on facebook and similar sites. The facebook page would be for the office, and the message would be that we are hiring and pay a $20 sign up bonus if they recommend a friend who gets hired.
