I have build ~40 white hat sites in association with Amazon and using Adsense. But traffic is very low and I earn only few $$ per day. I know that best thing to get traffic is writing unique content, but that is hard for me, because English is not my native language. I want to ask your help to show me direction where to go? Any ideas, advices. Possible in private.

I have spent much time to learn, but still not get success: I have strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, Linux, HTML, CSS, JavaScript...

I have read somewere on forum that is (or was) next method for fast crawling: make few blogs and add some content with links to my sites and than ping SE for crowling. That method still work?

I would get more aggressive with my offsite optimization and get a bit more grey hat with my tactics. You can add a twist to a lot of white hat techniques to make them more effective. Think Ebook and Infographic distribution, Private blog network, etc. Get your hands dirty in the name of money. Good luck!
 
Why not focus on 1 or 2 sites at a time? Since you're going white-hat, you won't be doing any off-site SEO but at least you'll be able to add more articles, test more efficiently, and see what works for you. You can also try alternate forms of traffic, PPC for example.
 
I wonder if he managed to find his way to sort out his dilemma.

It would be good to hear what he's learnt in these last seven years.

Maybe he's a super affiliate now?
