Why would someone help you if you can't pay on the spot.

Less one number one of internet marketing: No one is going to make you a website for free in the hope that you make money from the forum.

That one was free, the net will cost you.

You can also try MarketPlace to get professional experts at cheap rates.
Here, you'll find expensive developers.
