Need a developer who speaks/reads Georgian

I'm building a tool to cross reference property, company and individual databases to generate current and historical lists of buyers and sellers of all property in Republic of Georgia.

Need an experienced developer with the requisite knowledge/expertise, who also speaks/reads Georgian.
