Need a Developer/Programer to Build Bulk Poster Script/Robot

Need a one click bulk poster which can or should post to Weebly, Blogger (blogspot), over-blog and tumblr.

Build either php script or any script or Robot whatever is cheap and better.

I have several accounts in all the four i mention above and i want a bulk poster to post on all four of them.

few features i would like to have is this:

• It should be allow and post spin sytnax formatted posts (articles) Both in Post title and Post content
• Html editor
• any other feature that is needed or u can add.

You want it cheap, fast and also a good bot. If you want a good bot, take out at least the cheap part, if not, at least let us know what's your budget.
