I'm looking for a designer and the task is simple..

Here's my site. You can see a boy standing on the left side with his hand in his pocket.

I want someone to edit the photo. Instead of boy putting his hand in his pocket I want the boy to hold a cigarette or smoke a cigarette. I would prefer smoking a cigarette...
