Need a decent Coder or Team to Create some kind of Booking Engine

I am looking for coder or company to create for me web based booking system, I prefer someone trusted and better with approved BST on BHW,
I will not deal with a new members, as this project a bit complicated and quite big, I am ready to pay fair amount for right person.
