Need a .de domain, please help guys from Germany

Hi everyone. What I need is simple:

I want to buy a .de domain with hosting in Germany, from serious German hosting provider - the servers where the domain will be hosted should be located in Germany.

By serious provider I mean someone who offers some serious features with his hosting- like setting up a wordpress in one click (similar to hostgator fantastico). The hosting does not have to be shared.

Note: I do not care who will be the official domain owner ( I know that once you are not a citizen of a country, you can not own .de domain). If the hosts are officialy owning the domain, I do not care.

So please, let me know what provider I should go for.

I am from germany, and i really do not think that there is any serious hosting provider
Strato sucks, and its the biggest one.
If i were you id buy those domains at united-domains.[something]
and host with godaddy, and tell them that you want the server in Germany. I think they have some there. at least i know they have some in netherlands, which should be just as good.

I'd recommend Hosteurope. I have a couple of my sites hosted there. They are pretty good but no such thing as a one click WP setup there. In my opinion wayyy better than Strato, was there before and always had performance issues.

No serious hosting provider in germany, are you serious?

There are a ton of serious provider in germany, but the prices are, normaly, much more higher than in US.

Search for: hetzner germany, one of the "tons" of serious provider in Germany.

Goto domainerschoice.com and you'll any .de domain that is available. I've got several domains with them.

I think you can buy with out any problems, at most u should be part of the EU, but if doesnt work, use an German adress, but put your own phone real number, in teh registration process.

About the Hosting there quite many in germany, have look in hosting forums, etc.

I am from Germany and I host my few .de Domains at dreamhost which I find pretty ok...and they are cheap too. I think you can also buy .de Domains at name.com without any problems as well...
