NEED a Custom Photoshop Script made!

i need a custom photoshop cc script(automation action) made dealing with batch processing


i have a psd file with t shirt mockups with different colors and i have many desings that i want to put on them in batch and save them in jpg

so the single task would look like this:

1. place a new design from a folder(all png files) to my mockup and resize it to correct proportions to fit the shirt front
2. pick a shirt color from layers
3. save the mockups with the design in selected colors in jpg to a new folder(folder name is same as the design name png file)
4. place a new design..repeat
jpg mockup filenames will be "design_filename+shirt color"
