Need A Custom Facebook App Built

I need a Facebook app built that I can use for unlimited pages. I am looking for something like Woodbox, a free app that is a contest "fan gate app". But I also need it to be mobile friendly.

The reason I need my own custom app is that I am packaging this with a non Contest Facebook app I created, but the app needs to be promoted on Facebook. Facebook requires all contest be run through a 3rd party app.
