I need a guy that can design cheaply a dynamic secure site for a LEGAL reserach chemical website? with background knowledge if possible of payment processors etc.

I'm in the same niche. Are you new to the niche? I ask this because it's getting very difficult these days with WADA clamping down on companies that sell SARMS and peptides etc. I know of a lot of companies that have since closed down. Another problem is taking payments online. The banks and paypal are banning companies accounts that sell research chems.
