Need a content locker installed on my blog

hello looking for someone to install a simple script on my word press blog, what i need is for you to read the entire thread which is on the link below and install that on my website. You will have to make sure that its working in all browsers and test it to make sure its working the way its supposed to as well. and please write a set of instructions on how to change the advertisers as well.
