Need A Comment Bot... Specific Site!

Looking for an independent freelancer to create me a comment bot for a specific site...

The site is very simple, click a link, fill in comment form, captcha, and click enter and the post has been made.

If you are replying to a thread then its just scroll down to bottom, fill out comment form, captcha, and enter.

Bot must have multiple account feature and proxy switcher (add a text file that switches proxies for every account)
