Need a Cold Email Expert

I've been running an agency for the past 6/7 years and have always used Mailshake + Gsuite. However, Gsuite seems to be pretty hot on things these days and I keep getting the emails perma banned.
I've recently moved everything over to Office 365 and it seems to be the same over there.
Does anyone have recommendations for email providers that allow (or more tolerable) of cold emails?
We also have a list of over 150K emails and names. We're wondering if someone can help set us up a system that fires off emails to old leads.

You need to rotate footprints of VM to stay safer and longer or you will burn more accounts than the emails you have.

Virtual machine. Sorry for the short message, I thought you'd know what I meant because of your username.

Multiple VMs, different range of IPs, different message per email (doable with ai) different sender names on as many domains as possible. This should let you get past the filters and hit at least the spambox if not the inbox.
