Need a coder to create a delayed autoresponder

I'm still looking to get this work done.
Bit more details.. I need it to work like this;
Lead sends e-mail to my e-mail.
Message gets logged.
24 hours later, the autoresponder sends out an e-mail to them.
Must be automated, not having to leave my computer on all day/night.

If you have cpanel access, just click on "auto responders", create the email you want to send and set it to go out 24 hours later.
