Its a trading website where you have certain Items, each item has a price, also statistics which show the last X items sold for price Y.
I want you to automaticly scrape all items on this website ( also newly added ones ), and then make a Livetracker of all those items "last X Items Sold" statistics .... lets say last 5 items sold for this

now we want to track this, once a new "Sold" come to this list we will check the value of this new "Sold item" if its < % Average then we show it on our screen, for example average is 20/5 = 4.00$ .. Inform me once an item is sold for 85% of Avg price, which means 3,4$ or less
