Need a cms built

Looking for a custom csm built using this theme .

I am looking for a ORM cms created that can track data from Yelp,Google,Facebook etc.

Must be able to be to track multiple websites and use multiple api keys

I am looking to create a frontend and Backend System, One that has widgets to make connections to these api's and allows the user to copy/paste Info to make the widget work. basically I want all the control I can get from these api's and be able to just type in ID/Username/Keys etc and can set it up for a new user.

Also if it would be easier to make this project into modules as addons and plugins to the CMS am open to that
