Need a closer for an agency

Hi. A little bit about me. I was generating inbound calls for different niches and clients for 3+ years by doing different types of ads.
My new project is an agency.
I will be getting calls from people looking for web design, seo, sem, smm, etc.
So my part is to get calls, provide the services, etc. I do it all.
All I need is a good closer to close the deals on the phone.
You need to have good English level and no accent.
Preferrably if you are native. Also you need to have experience is sales.
I will target Usa so of course you need to be up in Usa day time.

I'd really like to work with someone from Usa because buyers have much more trust.
If you work online (not busy at offline work) and can answer the phone and close sales then lets do a JV.
I will give you 10-15% of total sales.

I have experience in generating up to 60 inbound calls per day so sales should be good.
Lets JV with a good sales man.

Sorry please no newbies because those calls do cost a lot to generate and I am not looking to throw money on nothing.

I've closed many deals in the past doing upwork etc. I have experience in closing and I typically did sales calls that would bring in sales ranging from $2500-5000. I am really good at speaking to business owners and I don't really sound salesy, I get then to talk about their business and their goals/pains etc. And I then get them onboard. Would like to chat more about this.
 
While it says "newbie" next to my profile, I am not a newbie haha, before anyone says no newbies. I believe he means no sales people who can't close the phone calls coming in. You wouldn't want to partner with someone who can't close the calls your generate. Shoot me a PM and I can confirm everything.
