hi .. i am planning to start promoting a clickbank product .. its going to be a first attempt for me .. have read around this forum and feel i should take action now .. i wanted a copy of the product 'makehimdesireyou' by alex carter ..

yes want to be an affiliate .. but instead of just writing non sense about the product i want to give a real unbiased review to my readers and for that i want to read the book myself before selling it to others

if i understand right, you want to be his affiliate but you want to write real honest review about his book by reading it first?
---then just write to the seller and ask him for review copy... he may give you review copy if you prove him you are real affiliate with some skills and traffic....

what you said is the logical way to go about it but i have already tried that and got no response , further more i dont have much traffic and i am a newbie .. so obviously he's not interested in giving away his product to me

Then you will have to buy it. Clickbank does not provide free review copies. If they did, everybody could sign up, and get all the products for free..

No. Just buy it off the guy who sells it. Just like the people you want to promote it to would do.

Make two or three sales first and then ask the seller for review copy.

As the poster above said. Or, you can purchase it normally and then ask for a refund.

As a side note, that product is in a HIGHLY competitive niche. As a beginner, you have more chanced of being successful in a low or moderate competition niche.
