Anyone know how to get this done?
China has strict rules that you need a local contact person and a China business registration number if your website want to hosted in China.

i am from china, it is very difficult for a foreigner to register a China business registration number, why do you want to host in china, lol, we chinese all host in use hosting.

Great to know that you are from China.
What about some free php space?
I don mind using their domain name like title.xxx.com
Do we need to the ICP so this kind of domain too?
What about baidu space etc? Do they allow php modification?
