Need a Chile bank account and Payment processor

Hi,

We are in need of a bank account in Chile (Latin America) for sending/receiving payments.

Willing to pay anyone who provides the account / lets us use their account (if they are based in chile).

Also, if you guys can suggest a good and strong payment processor that works in chile (local one, not paypal or stripe or any other stuff like that), please let me know. Any leads would be appreciated.
