Need a cheap vps for sending emails

Do you really think companies would just handover server for mailing ? Since you asked in hosting section do bellow things.
1) 000WebHost - Business Web Hosting Plan.
2) Create email account and start sending or use their SMTP.
i really dont think they will allow you that range of email but okay you will survive until their bots catch you..

That's a lot of emails to send. Even paid services put limits initially, and conduct reputation checks. The same goes if you bought a dedicated IP. I doubt any company that allows you to send that much (assuming this is marketing), and guarantees inbox delivery.

cheap and 4100/hr don't go together , the cheapest method will be getting few cheap VPS's and rotate the SMTP's , really what you asked is how can i screw your IP reputation!

Try considering some offshore web host. I know warez-host.com is a good provider with servers located in Netherlands, Sweden, and more.

Check for bulletproof email solutions in Marketplace. They also need you to warm up for 2-3 months to reach 100k/day. They may cost you around $300-$400/month.
