Need a captha Entry Service for Deaf Brother

Hi, everyone.
My name is matthew, from China. My brother got deaf accidently when he was a child. Finding a job is very hard for him, and I can't find the right way for him after many tries.
I am thinking if there is a captha entering service that can run at anytime. In that case, my brother can earn a living just by typing the capthas. At least, for a while.
Because he can not communicate, so a system that can run any time, for example, cab run anytime a day as long as you finished a reasonable number of entries within a day.
Do you guys have this kind of tools or information ?
Please help if you know, we appreciate everything you do here.

Pixprofit pays $1 per 1000 captchas entered, but yeah surely there is better paid work out there.

you could try keyforcash but I dont know how well (or how bad) they're paying and whether or not they have alot of work right now

I have tried Pixprofit.some pics are hard to recogonize.
