Need a C# coder to code me YouTube avatar uploader.

I am looking for a coder who can code a YouTube avatar uploader for me. I already have all the code for logging into YouTube and getting the avatar uploader form. I just need the code that can upload the avatar file to the upload form. I am willing to pay for this. So please can someone help me with this.
