Need a bot/ that can convert xml to csv with specific requirements

I need a bot made that I can input a url that points to an xml file and extract certain data (not all data) into notepad or csv file. There are 13 different tags I want to extract. I don't need the rest.
I would also like to append the data it extracts with certain words for most tags but not all. For example: A sample of the xml contains: <YrBuilt>1912</YrBuilt><LvngSqFt>1594</LvngSqFt><LotAcre>0.142562</LotAcre><Beds>4</Beds><Baths>2</Baths>
I would like the csv file to show as: YrBuilt 1912, LvngSqFt 1594, LotAcre 0.142562, Beds 4, Baths 2
Of course I would like each property to show as its own row. Each xml url should contain no more than 30 records total (resulting csv file should have 30 rows with 13 columns.
