Need a Bot Built

Hi,
Looking to hire someone to create a bot for a website, happy to have it either PC/MAC or WEB based.

Needs to have the ability to scrape IDs from x User and then the software will need to send GET/POST requests with info that has been scraped. The website is running HTTPS.
