Need a blog that will be Amazon Associates approved

I'm normally a lurker but this time I decide to take action and of course when I decide to do it I can't get past one of the early steps.... It's happened multiple times and is rather frustrating. In the email Amazon said I could apply with the same website and information and every time I applied I changed up my website to fit it better but I can't get in. Does my website need to change or my information? The sad thing is I heard you could get in with a simple blogspot! Could anyone help me out here? I just need a blog that would be approved by Amazon Associates. I am willing to pay for a simple blog that can get approved. I heard something with a couple of posts could get approved but clearly I'm doing something wrong here.
